What we collect
- Information you enter in forms: name, email, phone, property details, loan purpose, occupancy answers and messages
- Attribution data: campaign tags in the link you followed (utm parameters, gclid, fbclid), the first page you visited and the referring site, stored for your browser session
- Standard server logs such as IP address and browser type
Calculator inputs stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and contact you by email, phone or text with your consent
- To share your scenario with wholesale lenders when you ask us to shop financing
- To understand which pages and campaigns lead to requests
- To comply with law and prevent fraud
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, database and CRM providers) and with wholesale lenders when you ask us to pursue financing. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchase. To ask about or delete your information, contact Loan Daddy LLC through the contact form and say so in the message.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure.
